RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a return option within 10 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
However, certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include items such as innerwear, masks, socks, caps, and certain fitted clothing. Products purchased during sale or special promotions may also be non-returnable.
Before returning any product, it is important to contact our support team for approval. This ensures a smooth and verified return process.
REFUND POLICY
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund accordingly. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Depending on the situation, refunds may be issued as store credit (wallet balance).
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof such as Opening parcel video. This helps us resolve your issue quickly and fairly.
WALLET / STORE CREDIT
In some cases, refunds or adjustments may be provided in the form of store credit. This wallet balance can be used for future purchases on our website. However, it cannot be transferred to another account or withdrawn as cash.
This system helps make future shopping quicker and easier for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products. Certain items may come with a limited guarantee that covers manufacturing defects such as stitching issues, fabric problems, or print defects.
